Back by popular demand! Medical school, and working in healthcare can take a heavy mental and emotional toll on everyone. Just like CPR is a basic lifesaving skill that anyone can learn to help someone in physical crisis, QPR is a practical and effective tool for responding to someone who may be experiencing a mental health crisis.

QPR is a suicide prevention training for participants to be able to recognize the warning signs of suicide and question, persuade, and refer people at risk for suicide for help.

QPR recognizes that suicidal behavior is interpersonal in nature, potentially deadly, understandable and usually preventable. Come learn the basics and gain the skills to help address those in need around you!
